The Specialized Subsidiary Council for Disability Associations serves as a representative for all disability associations in the Kingdom. Its primary role is to support these associations in empowering persons with disabilities, facilitating their integration into society, representing them before all relevant entities, and coordinating programs and projects among them. The council also aims to enhance the quality of services provided to beneficiaries
About The Coincil
The Specialized Council for Associations of Persons with Disabilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was established based on Article 38 (38) of the Council of Ministers’ Decree on Associations of Persons with Disabilities and Civil Institutions issued by the Council of Ministers (61) dated 18/2/1441, and was approved by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development (NCNPSD) on 26/12/1445 by the Board of Directors of the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development (NCNPSD).
The council works to represent the associations of people with disabilities, and the council contributes with with other specialized councils and NGOs in order to achieve the developmental goals of the disability sector and the non-profit sector.
The Council was established on 22/6/1441 AH, based on the role of the Ministry of Resources Decision (203520/15).
